 **Speaker:** Professor Peter Huybers

 Professor Huybers will host a discussion on a recent paper by Resplandy et al. (2018), ***"Quantification of ocean heat uptake from changes in atmospheric O2 and CO2 composition".*** The authors posted corrections on RealClimate that lower the ocean heat uptake estimates and widen the uncertainty, but I think it will still be interesting to consider this potentially independent means of constraining ocean heat uptake.[Paper # 1](/file_url/578), [Paper # 2 ](/file_url/579)
